The 10th anniversary of the Lilliesleaf 10k was held on the 19th October. This community event, set up in 2015 to raise funds for local causes, has become an annual event for Harris Trust and grows steadily year on year! This year we had 135 runners and 17 clubs represented as well as a heap of enthusiastic walkers and dogs. For the second time, Rory Anderson (Teviotdale Harriers) stormed round to win the race in 39mins 30secs. Rory reports its was a 'tough course' but he was spurred on by Alan the Piper at the top of the hill and Ross the DJ at the bottom of the hill... Thank you to the Team of volunteers who make this community event happen year after year and to the Grants of Riddell Estate.
